We got here at 4 and waited an hour in the check in line, and when we finally got to the front desk they said our room wasn’t ready yet. They DID give all of the kids wolf passes, which was incredible. Wands we’re included and we got access to everything that we likely wouldn’t have paid for. It’s been clear that management needs to step up because it’s pretty chaotic and lines everywhere are bonkers. Our room wasn’t cleaned today, which is fine, but I need more coffee and I can’t get the front desk on the phone.
